  • 90mm Radiata Pine Decking: From $235 per m²

  • 140mm Radiata Pine Decking: From $255 per m²

  • 90mm Premium Kwila Decking: From $280 per m²

  • 140mm Premium Kwila Decking: From $300 per m²

What is included in your decking rate:

  • Standard installation for ground-level structures (decks sitting below 1.0m high).

  • High-quality timber framing, concrete footings, and code-compliant structural joists.

  • Premium-grade, H3.2 or H4 treated timber decking profiles or hardwood options.

  • Professional fixing with trade-grade, corrosion-resistant framing fasteners and decking screws.


Timber Fencing Solutions

Base Rate: From $150 per linear metre

  • Standard Timber Pine (1.2m Height): From $150 per linear metre

  • Standard Timber Pine (1.5m Height): From $165 per linear metre

  • Standard Timber Pine (1.8m Height): From $180 per linear metre

What is included in your fencing rate:

  • Solid H4 treated timber structural posts set securely in concrete footings.

  • H3.2 treated horizontal rails and premium timber vertical paling profiles.

  • Clean straight alignment, precise leveling, and professional boundary finishing.


Paving

Professional Paver Installation

Base Rate: From $205 per m²

  • 300mm x 300mm Concrete Pavers: From $205 per m²

  • 400mm x 400mm Concrete Pavers: From $215 per m²

  • 450mm x 450mm Concrete Pavers: From $230 per m²

  • 600mm x 600mm Concrete Pavers: From $255 per m²

Includes: installation of a compacted GAP aggregate basecourse layer, screeded bedding sand, precision paver laying, edge restraints, and joint-locking sand finish (Excludes major site excavation).


Lawns (Ready and Artificial)

  • Pre-Rolled Ready Lawn: From $120 per m²

    Includes: Weed clearing, ground cultivation, importing premium sandy loam lawn mix, laser leveling, compaction, and premium turf installation.

  • Premium Artificial Grass: From $165 per m²

    Includes: Full excavation, geotextile weed fabric, compacted aggregate sub-base installation, tracking layer, premium UV-stabilized synthetic turf, and sand infill brushing.


Retaining Walls

For more complex structural projects, pricing depends heavily on council requirements, engineering specifications, machinery access, and unique site dimensions. We provide fully customized, detailed fixed-price quotes for the following services:

  • Timber & Concrete Retaining Walls: Subject to an on-site consultation to calculate soil surcharge, drainage requirements, and potential engineering designs for walls over 1.5m high.

  • Custom Timber Pergolas: Quoted based on exact architectural styles, overall dimensions, timber spans, and fastening configurations.
